Order processing and production

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Products that are available in stock are prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation. Made-to-order products normally require 14–21 business days for production before they are ready to be shipped. If a different production period applies, we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping and delivery

Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on the destination. The total fulfilment period consists of the applicable production time and the estimated delivery time.

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available. Delivery estimates may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable and unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient and are not controlled by WIMS.
