1. Select the product, preferred size and available options, then add the item to your cart.

2. Review your order at checkout, enter the required delivery information and select from the available shipping and payment methods.

3. After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

4. Products available in stock will be prepared for dispatch. If production is required, the applicable preparation period will form part of the order fulfilment time.

5. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

All orders remain subject to acceptance, payment verification and product availability. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange the applicable refund.
