RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers purchasing through the WIMS online store have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods.

To exercise this right, email an unambiguous withdrawal notice to wims@wims.lv before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 calendar days.

Sale and discounted products are subject to the same statutory withdrawal rights as regularly priced.
